If you don't have the right type of artwork, or just have an idea in mind. We offer two main services FREE of change. Graphic Creation & Graphic Touch Up.
Graphic Creation. I don't have any artwork.
Whether its some simple typesetting, or creating a design you sketched on a cocktail napkin. Kipmark can help you achieve the ultimate look for your promotional product. Once your order has been confirmed, an artwork confirmation page will appear. Select the help me design option and include any thoughts about your design here. You can upload a sketch, write down the text you want, or include other details you feel may help us create your design. If you are not ready yet, you can always e-mail us at artwork@kipmark.com when ready just include the Purchase Order number and all the design details in the e-mail. A Kipmark team member will usually reach out to you within 24 business hours to start the design process.
Graphic Touch Up. My artwork needs a tune up.
If your artwork needs some TLC, we are here to help. We can help re-draw the artwork so that it is in a vector format FREE of charge. Once your order is confirmed, an artwork confirmation page will appear. Select your art file, and upload. The process to re-draw your art could take anywhere from 24-72 hours depending on the complexity of the design. A team member will usually reach out to you within 24 business hours of placing your order to confirm receipt of the artwork and to review the next steps.
Note!
Remember that the production process does not start until after your artwork is finalized and you sign off on a digital proof. Any delay in approving the proof, sending in artwork, and the time to fix or create artwork will push back the estimated date of delivery. Our team members will update you on the scheduled delivery date throughout the process of finalizing your artwork. You can learn more about production times here.
