Full Color Imprint

CMYK, 4 color process, digital print..... there are a lot of names for it, but we just call it full color imprint.

To brand those wonderful images on products, we have state of the art, extra-large flat bed printers.

They utilize a special type of ink and UV lights to help cure the print.

Laser Engraving

Who doesn’t love lasers!

When you want that high-end finish, laser engraving is the way to go. Typically reserved for metal products such as metal mugs, and keychains. Technological advancements have widened the scope of engraveable products. Utilizing different types of lasers such as a CO2, or fiber laser, you can now engrave on certain plastics, leatherette materials, wood and even cork!

Laser engraving allows for precise markings that work wonders for complicated designs.

Available on items like: Keychains, bottle openers, mugs and anything metal!

PROS

It adds that extra high end appeal.

CONS

Typically a tonal look, meaning no color. Not available on all materials and some rounded surfaces.

Embroidery

Nana’s sewing machine is great but technology has allowed embroidery to come a long way! Your logo goes from a digital file to a beautifully embroidered piece of art. It’s a great way to give an upscale appeal to soft goods.

Digital files for embroidery have to be taken one step further than your typical vector file.
In order to be read by the machines, they need to be converted to a file such as a DST file.

Available on soft goods like: Hats, polos, blankets, sweaters and socks.

PROS

Custom high-end look.

CONS

Can be pricey.

Debossing

Uses a customized metal plate, high pressure and heat to stamp the product, essentially creating a brand for your brand!

Best for: Leather or silicone goods.

PROS

Custom high-end look.

CONS

Can be pricey.

PMS Color Code

Sea blue, sky blue what’s the difference?

Unfortunately, color hues can vary in vibrancy from computer screen to computer screen. Luckily, a company called Pantone came up with an easy and universal color code system that assigns a specific code/number to ensure a color hue is correctly chosen for imprint each time. AKA PMS Color Code.

What is good artwork
or a promotional product?

Various imprinting techniques are utilized to brand our products. To make the proofing and imprint process go smoother, a special type of format called vector art is required to ensure a crisp, clean outcome of your final product.

Vector is essentially graphics made of paths such as lines an curves and can be saved as an Adobe Illustrator (AI), Corel Draw (CDR), EPS, or PDF format.

Art details can get over whelming but not to worry, we also offer FREE graphic design services! Our experts are here to help.
